Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the trip: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12–24 hours before the trip: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the trip: No refund
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to request a cancellation or refund.
No-Show Policy
If a passenger does not show up for a confirmed booking without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
